Women's Connection Bible Study

Each Tuesday at 9 am in the Private Dining Rooms, Pat Cawood Graybill teaches from 2 Thessalonians. This epistle was written shortly after the first epistle. Confusion had developed because of false teachers and the church's lack of a thorough understanding of when the Day of the Lord begins. Paul corrects their thinking that judgment had already come to them. Eschatology dominates the letter with an introduction of the man of lawlessness. Paul writes sternly about the unruly and slothful behavior of some within the church. He admonishes them to stand firm and strong and once again he expresses his appreciation and love for them.
